What this website is, and is not
Information you submit through this website or the portal is information for our firm to prepare your taxes and related filings. This website is not self-filing software, and submitting information does not by itself file anything with the IRS or with any state. Filing happens after our team prepares your return and the required authorizations are complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progressive Tax and Accounting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the client portal. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Progressive Tax offers a text messaging program. When you opt in, Progressive Tax may send you verification codes, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional reminders about tax deadlines.
